POSTNATAL PERSONAL TRAINING

DIASTASIS REHABILITATION
Diastasis recti is a common condition where the abdominal muscles separate due to pregnancy, leaving a gap down the midline of the stomach. We offer one-on-one, safe diastasis recti rehabilitation to assist you in restoring core function, closing the gap, and regaining strength from the inside out.

STROLLER WORKOUT
